  Újabb durva fordulóponthoz érkezett az ügyem (Röviden: Két wireless chargert kaptam az egy telefon (Oneplus 12), egy earl buds pro 2 és egy wireless charger helyett):

  1-Photos with the label of both wireless chargers
  2-indentification report or refusal of the identification report from DHL( Identification report with the parcel's weight from the logistics team
  You will need to contact the logistics team for this report, as It cannot be done from my end due to security reasons. If the logistics team refuses to help you, please provide me a statement or a screenshot of the refusal.)
  3-Police report of a proof of refusal of police report for missing items from your parcel.(Provide us with a police report or a crime claim, If the police report cannot be issued, we will need a statement or screenshot of the refusal.)

  Segítsetek, mit tehet még? Van tanum aki ott volt velem és látta, hogy a doboz sértetlen és bontatlan, tehát nem feltételeztem, hogy bármi gond lenne vele. Erre se telefon se fülhallgató. És utána 8 napra a reklamációra ezzel szivatnak... Ez első pont még oké, el is küldtem. De a másik kettő??? A magyar posta hozta, korrektül. Dhl-el semmi kapcsolatom. Valami német MW logistics adta fel a csomagot, de cím alapján nem lehet elérhetőséget találni. Rendőrségi riport meg mire fel? Jelentsem fel a német logisztikai céget, hogy nem rakta bele telefont?
