    Idézem:

"Acoustic shock is experienced when a sudden sound output is delivered to the user through output devices, such as earphone and speaker phone.

Acoustic shock prevention feature is incorporated in the touch screen device to warn the users of a possible damage that can be caused to their ears, if necessary precautions are not taken. Some precautionary measures concerning the volume settings of the touch screen device need to be followed to avert the occurrence of an acoustic shock. The feature is enabled for the sound output devices.

Follow the measures given below to prevent acoustic shock:

    1) Maintain the initial volume at level 1 for at least two seconds, when the sound output is delivered through the earphone. Then increase the volume over the next two seconds and follow the fixed volume settings.

Note: This measure is applicable to ring tones and alarm tones. However, since the duration of the message alert tone is short, maintain the initial volume at level 1 for one second and then follow the fixed volume settings.

    2) Check the sound output before delivering through speaker phone. This avoids the delivery of a sudden sound output when the device is placed near the user's ears."

    “All nothings are not equal.”
