    If you want to cancel your monthly subscription within 14 days and you haven't ordered a premium card, you are entitled to a full refund. If you already ordered a Premium card and cancel the plan within 14 days, we will deduct £10 / 12EUR plus the delivery fee. If you want to cancel the monthly subscription outside the 14-day cooling-off period and within the first 10 months of subscription, we are charging a 2x monthly fee as a break fee. If you want to cancel the monthly subscription in the 11th month, you will be charged 6.99 GBP / 7.99 EUR and you will be able to use the features of the plan until the end of your billing period. If you want to cancel your annual subscription within 14 days and you haven't ordered a premium card, you are entitled to a full refund. If you already ordered a premium card and cancel the plan within 14 days, we will deduct £10 / 12EUR plus the delivery fee. When you have the annual plan, you can cancel the automatic renewal of the plan for next year. To do so, you need to contact us at least 1 month before the end of your current 12-month contract. Once you cancel it, you will still be able to use the plan until the end of your subscription period. Just to let you know, you can check the current end date of your membership on the app, in the section Dashboard → Upper right cog →Price Plan.
